Parents n’ Bubs – Postnatal Rebuild & Restore
Bring your baby and rebuild gently, together.
This class is focused on restoring core connection, pelvic floor awareness and gradual strength rebuilding in a supportive, relaxed environment.
We move slowly and intentionally, allowing space for feeding, settling or pausing whenever needed.

Hatha yoga – slow flow
A balanced class combining breath, alignment and steady holds to build strength, improve mobility and leave you feeling grounded. Ideal if you want a slightly more traditional class and are ready to move without baby.
Yin Yoga – Deep release
A slow, meditative practice with long-held poses that gently stretch the body while calming the mind and soothing the nervous system. Perfect for the sleep-deprived parent.
Yoga with weights – Mindful strength
Building on the foundations of Hatha, this slow, strength-focused flow incorporates light dumbbells to deepen stability and muscular endurance.
